| It’s Colorado and the weather is crazy! Anyone who moves here from another state is flabbergasted by how fast the weather changes around here, and how extreme it gets, but we Coloradans love it! On Thursday, it was sunny and warm and a high of 79F. Even on Saturday it hit the high 50’s, perfect leaf raking weather. Today, we have a high of FOURTEEN DEGREES!!! See? Crazy!!! (Don’t get me wrong, this snow is one of the best things ever because it’s going to help put out the massive wildfires we have threatening our state “burning 665,454 acres, according to the Rocky Mountain Area Coordination Center”–https://coloradosun.com/2020/1… yay snow!!!) Crazy weather changes are why we don’t put the sweaters away. Ever. I’ve worn a bathing suit in January and shoveled several feet of snow in May. Life is kind of like that. We expect life to toddle along on a predictable path, but it never does. It sends us crazy relatives, or weather or pandemics. Or, if you’re really lucky…your fated mate. 🙂 |
Yeah, I do believe in love at first sight, and loves that last a lifetime, just ask my husband. 🙂 But none of it is easy. Love is hard, but just like living the rest of life, it’s worth doing.
So, I’m writing another crazy fated mates story. This one is for Christmas and it’s full of surprises. I’ve already written the Fates sunbathing on a roof in Las Vegas and a dragon getting drunk with a room full of Elvis impersonators…and I’m barely started!
